The room’s view looked out over the promenade and beach, and parking on site was a plus. The décor feels outdated and could use a makeover, even though it’s clean; it’s a shame because the location is good. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, though the staff were friendly and polite.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the room‑service team. Dinner at the restaurant was very, very good, and the location is great. The room was okay but felt a bit old and musty, with lots of condensation on the windows, etc. Breakfast quality was good, but I’d prefer a buffet; overall, the breakfast value for money was just OK.

The breakfast was lovely, with fresh tasty food. Everyone on the staff was very friendly. We did hit a snag with the shower, but it was fixed right away. The lift was very old and the stairs into the building were a bit difficult for me, but I managed just fine.
