Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites London by IHG

We had a rough stay: no smoking area as promised, the room wasn’t cleaned, fresh towels were missing, and we ran out of toilet paper. My granddaughter’s wedding was the reason for our visit. We left the room at 11:30 am and returned at 8:30 pm, only to find the room still dirty, no trash taken out, and the staff seemed to be making a living from that. I told the night clerk about the issue, but she said all the maids were gone for the day and offered me two towels, one roll of toilet paper, and promised to report it. We checked out the next day at 10 am, yet no one mentioned the lack of cleaning from the previous day. Never stay there again.

“not happy”

Convenient, but the breakfast was cold, the pool had mold, and the bathroom by the pool was unclean.

The place sits right off the highway and the hotel itself is spotless, with staff who are genuinely friendly. They're currently in the middle of a massive remodel, so you have to walk around a bit to reach the pool, but I’m not upset about that.

“Correct pour un court séjour ( une nuit seulement)”

The spot is convenient relative to the highway. The door handle was broken and no one was available to fix it; we had to force the door open by twisting the handle. There was no milk or coffee substitute offered except during lunch.
