The place was super clean and they cleaned daily. No complaints. The street outside is littered, but that’s a city issue, not the property’s fault.

“Very clean rooms in a convenient location”

The room had a modern look and was immaculately clean. The balcony looked out onto a quiet green courtyard. I liked the small, quiet fridge in the room. The host was friendly and the check‑in went smoothly. It’s close to the metro, train station, supermarket, and a few restaurants. The shared kitchen had useful gear for quick meals. The walls and doors are thin, so you could hear other guests. Sometimes there was a sewer smell. A camera is set up in the shared kitchen. The room door had to be shut firmly to stay closed. You need several keys to get in and out, which can be a hassle.

Everything was spotless, beautiful, well‑maintained, in an excellent spot, and the owner was incredibly kind and attentive to guests’ needs.

Valerio is a very friendly and helpful person. The room was immaculate and well‑organized. I especially appreciated the great flexibility with the check‑out time. I’ll definitely come back! Nothing to complain about.

“Perfetto!”

The place is simply perfect. Impeccable cleanliness, great location for easy access to the stadium, the sea‑side exhibition, and the city center thanks to the nearby metro. The owner is extremely helpful. I recommend the Mazza pastry shop a few steps away for a noteworthy breakfast.
