How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I loved the facilities, but above all I was left with a pleasant impression of the manager Don Óscar and assistant Mrs. Yulieth. They were very kind, sociable, and above all human, treating us like family and making us feel in a warm and special environment. Completely recommended, we are. We hope to return soon, thank you so much 🙏 Nothing, everything was too good 👍

The spot was convenient, which I liked, but the fact that breakfast wasn’t included was a bit of a let‑down. It would have been nicer if they offered some food service on‑site, and the driveway leading up to the hotel really needs fixing – it’s a hassle to get in.

The staff greeted us with a warm smile, the heated pool was pleasant, and the big room with air‑conditioning was a relief in the heat. The place is quiet and only about a ten‑minute walk from the covered market, which is handy. Still, finding the entrance the first time was confusing and didn’t feel very reassuring.

The front desk was attentive when we arrived, but the bed was a nightmare – the mattress sagged badly and there was barely any soap, just a used bar and a watery hand‑soap solution. When we mentioned it to the cashier, they seemed indifferent.

The accommodation felt really comfortable and offered a bunch of activities to keep you busy, and the management, especially Yulieth, provided excellent service throughout our stay.
