The hygiene was not good; there were cockroaches in the room and the bed was very bad, making for a very bad experience.

They denied me a room. I arrived with my family in the worst condition, and the counter man said there was no booking and no rooms available. I canceled the booking, but they wouldn’t let me cancel and charged me the full amount. Very sad attitude. The location is also horrible; I would not recommend this place to anyone and would give it zero stars. I suggest removing this hotel.

Very dirty, not clean, no responsibility at all. I didn’t receive a personal key and had to ask and shout many times for it. The room is very small with no space to move inside. The toilet has no space for sitting and the bathroom has no space for bathing. There are no basic facilities; it’s too baaaaaad.
