The environment was too noisy for me (the streets, not the hotel), but thanks to the establishment for providing earplugs in the room.

Everything! Nothing.

I liked the size of the room. The location is very easy to reach by bus from the airport. Getting to the Ballaro and Capo markets is very easy and only a few minutes walk. The whole historic area is comfortably walkable. The daily rate is a bit high compared to other cities in Sicily. Breakfast is paid separately. The entrance is very scary and dark, with many musical instruments that look very dusty, which gives a bad impression. The reception is on the first floor but you have to climb 3 flights of stairs, 30 steps in total. The accommodation with a private bathroom is on the second floor, meaning another 3 flights of stairs, 30 more steps. It's very noisy, but that didn't bother me. Next time I would choose a different accommodation.

The location, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the staff.

The breakfast was truly amazing, I didn't expect to get such a lavish breakfast at a backpacker hostel!
