The hotel's AC room was a major letdown, especially during the sweltering summer season. I couldn't sleep at night due to the malfunctioning AC, and when I reported the issue to the receptionist, he seemed clueless about how to fix it. To make matters worse, they refused to refund any amount, which was really disappointing.

I was surprised to find out that no breakfast was provided during my stay, which was a bit of a bummer. It's not a huge deal, but it would've been nice to have some options available.

Everything about my stay was good, except for the fact that the preferred AC rooms were way too hot inside. It was a bit of a weird contradiction, considering the rooms were supposed to be the best option.
