“Excelente”
The cleaning was excellent, check‑in was quick, and the host was available. However, the booking site—not the owner—claimed the room had a balcony, which turned out to be inaccessible.
“No place to stay”
I booked a room but when I got there, it was gone - crazy! I spent a lot of cash on travel and parking for nothing. Hours of my day were wasted. I'm still waiting for a full refund, hopefully, they'll sort it out.
