The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and I had no complaints. We will definitely stay here again while in Cusco. The only downside was that our window faced a wall, and the shower sometimes lost hot water, but nothing serious.

The room was very comfortable; everything was perfect—the bed, the equipment, the toiletries, the hot water. It was the ideal place to rest after four days of trekking. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were adorable, attentive, and smiling—thanks to them! The hotel is a bit hidden in a courtyard, but I highly recommend it if you’re looking for comfort and a quiet spot. The only drawback is having to ring the courtyard door at night and wait for someone to come open it; the staff have to cross the entire courtyard to open the main door.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The family‑run business had everyone going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was gorgeous, and because I had early starts for tours, they provided a packed breakfast for me to take on the go. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.
