The hotel was very simple, right across from the beach and in front of a pool. The decor was basic but everything needed for a short stay was there, which was perfect. The reception was friendly.

The place was spotless and very beautiful, but the best part was definitely the super welcoming staff at all times. It felt like home but in Gili. The location was excellent, close to the port. Breakfast was fantastic at the Italian restaurant where we also dined for lunch and dinner a few times. Everything was great. They left a piece of their heart with us.

We loved being right on the beach and having everything so close. The hotel also had a bar and the waiters were super kind to us. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay a lot. What we liked least was the lack of a mosquito net, and especially the bad smell in the bathroom.

The location was very good, and the beach area was great. You can do snorkeling right there. The transport they use on the island – the horse-drawn carriage – doesn’t feel right to me in this era; it’s animal mistreatment.

The location was excellent, in a very convenient spot in Gili Air. The staff were very polite, smiling and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfactory and overall we had a pleasant experience. The main downside for us was that there was no daily housekeeping in the room. We would prefer a daily cleaning service, especially for a stay of several days.
