The food was very good, the pool and sauna area was large with plenty of loungers, and the room was comfortable with a nice bed, but the built‑in hair dryer was below the hotel’s standard and checkout felt very impersonal and cold.

Our 10‑year‑old son enjoyed the KiDS Club with many interactive games and the e‑bike rental, but the hotel failed to meet our expectations, especially given the high price: the double rooms were small, relatively dark, and lacked air‑conditioning, making them hot and the very hard beds did not allow for restful sleep. On the first day the shower didn’t drain properly; the issue was fixed immediately, yet the next day another problem appeared: the cistern leaked and the front door handle was loose. Towels were sometimes not fully clean, outdoor seating looked worn, and the cushions could use regular cleaning or replacement. The food tasted okay but was only average for the price; the buffet seemed geared toward feeding many guests rather than offering a high‑quality culinary experience, becoming very crowded and hectic during peak times. The pool area also left us wanting more: loungers were mostly occupied in the afternoon and the lawn layout around the pool was uninviting. We found the price for our 10‑year‑old son’s breakfast puzzling—32 € for a children’s breakfast felt far too high and not justified by the offering. Overall, our expectations were higher because of the steep room rate, and the value for money disappointed us, so we would not book this hotel again.
