The staff were consistently polite and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was healthy and tasty, offering plenty of fruit, salad, and cook‑to‑order eggs. Coffee and juice options were solid, and the dessert bar was always appealing. The mall next door had a wide range of restaurants with different cuisines, all just a few steps away. However, the bathroom needed a makeover; the sink was cracked and the shower floor had patchy black mold, which is unacceptable for a premium hotel.
