The hotel has everything you need, and the food is excellent—there’s no dish that isn’t good except the scramble eggs, which are awful. The honeymoon suite is magnificent, very large, with unbeatable views. The hotel offers restaurants from different countries, all delicious, and the drinks are well prepared. The staff is attentive and ready to help with anything you need; they pay attention to details. The sea has stones, but not so many that you can’t use it; I appreciate that they acknowledge the sea isn’t always perfect. There’s an area with few stones where you can walk about 30 meters and still stay on the sand. Activities are well planned. Cleaning deserves praise. The waitresses were honest; I left my wedding ring, and when I returned it was still where I had left it, in a clean and fresh room. Nothing negative—everything was wonderful. Perhaps they could improve the options for guests who arrive a couple of hours before check‑in; I understand the check‑in starts at one hour, but sometimes flights arrive early.

“Regular”

The breakfast was great, but they didn't keep the distance from my room. They also ignored my reservation at the Peruvian restaurant; it got full and they gave priority to foreigners, sending us to the Italian place. It was raining, they told us the waiters were already there even though we were nearby, so we got soaked.

“I would never go back, everything is over pirced.”

The staff were friendly, the view was nice, the room was spacious, and there was a washer and dryer. I was extremely disappointed overall. The service fee for the spa was hidden and steep—$120 for two people—and management refused a refund. Basic amenities were missing, like pool or beach towels after late afternoon. The food was mediocre at best (3/5 quality) but priced like fine dining. It’s completely overpriced for mediocre food and poor service, so I can’t recommend it.

Everything was good, the beach was swim‑able, the pools ran from 8 am to 10 pm. The food was delicious, and the views were spectacular.

“No vale la pena el Garza Blanca”

The best thing from my room was the terrace and the view. The beach is full of rocks, and the prices for restaurants, massages, and services are ridiculously high. There’s also a trolley that takes you around the property, but it’s painfully slow and feels like public transport because employees get on too—something I’d never seen before.
