Close to the beach. Small pool and far from

The only thing that works is that it’s very close to the boulevard and the beach. Everything else is terrible. The room was dirty, a bug in the bed, the fridge didn’t cool, the safe wouldn’t lock, the hair dryer didn’t work. Only 2 towels in the bathroom and we rented for 3 people; if we needed a towel we had to go to the office. No detergent, no washcloth. No kitchen utensils (cups, cutlery, plates, pots… NOTHING). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No ice machine and if you want a bag you’re charged $5.00 at the office. No phones in the rooms. They clean every 3 days, supposedly. One feels disgusted being there. They say they don’t allow pets and one night we saw dogs in two rooms. The weed in the hallways is an extra detail to cover the knob. The staff serving breakfast at Casa Peregrino are pretentious, unpleasant. Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing good. Eggs only boiled (no scrambled, no sausages, no bacon, NOTHING) and cold bread. The pool we went to was dirty—one of those hotels. A disaster. Don’t spend your money there. Pure garbage.

The accommodation is nice. The rooms aren’t comfortable… there’s nowhere to put clothes because there’s no closet or wardrobe. Pretty.

The website claims free parking, yet they actually charge almost 40 dollars. They lied about parking; it costs about 19 dollars a day.

The hotel is close to the beach, rooms are a decent size, water pressure is good, the AC is quiet, and no one hassled me. I didn’t feel my car was at risk of theft. However, there are no lamps in any rooms, only a bright LED ceiling light; nothing to hang a wet bathing suit or towel on except a small rod in the bathroom or the closet for clean clothes. I guess the property has dealt with theft, so rooms are quite bare. For longer stays you must ask the office for kitchenware or bring your own. The office and breakfast buffet are split between buildings, which can be confusing; a clearer sign on the building would help. I helped many guests during my extended stay find their way over.
