The apartment was cozy and very clean, and the owner was pleasant. The top mattress was narrow, making it hard to sleep well.

The accommodation is new, spacious, with good renovation and everything needed even for long stays, especially the kitchen. The garden is lovely, and the owners’ cat often visits. The location is convenient—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The hosts are welcoming and help with everything. No negatives.

The apartment was the best I've ever stayed in; everything was present—bedroom, modern kitchen, bathroom, shower, living area, and an extra terrace overlooking a gorgeous garden. The whole building feels brand‑new, spotless, fresh, and fragrant. Clean, scented towels, toiletries, and more are all supplied. The owners are quick and discreet, always ready with good advice while respecting privacy. We even got to taste a delicious grilled Dorada prepared by the owner for his family, and the tomatoes in balsamic sauce made by the owner's wife for the fish were amazing—definitely the best meal in Croatia. Everything is within reach: sea, restaurants, shops, and the old town in Zadar. The surroundings are, in my view, the best part of the city. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation! There is nothing that could be improved—nothing at all!
