Everything needed was there, and when I complained they responded quickly and fixed what I asked for, they were nice. The pillow and part of the covers smelled really bad, like sweat and humidity, and around 2am a false fire alarm sounded loudly for about half an hour.

The location is very good, but this is my second time staying here in Seoul. The first time I got room 5 and it was quieter than this one, which was room 10, and there was a lot of street noise and it was smaller than the other.

The bed is very comfortable and I had an issue with the plug, which was fixed the next day. I looked at other nearby accommodations because I had to return to Seoul and didn’t find anything better at that price, so keep that in mind. The fridge is very noisy, so it’s annoying to sleep, and note that there’s no microwave, which would be nice. Also consider that it’s on the third floor with no elevator if you’re carrying luggage.

Nothing positive. When I arrived, someone was already inside my room; the staff later admitted a mistake and said there was no room for me. They refunded me and I had to scramble to find a new hotel at the last minute over the weekend in Seoul, which left me very upset and disappointed.

I liked that the check‑in time was flexible and the process was simple—just unlock the key, no hassle. Walking from the station takes about five minutes, and in the area you can find a karaoke that stays open until 1 am, a late‑night food stall, a convenience store, a laundry, and a game center, so there's nothing boring about the neighborhood. I would bring my own toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, and hair treatment; the hotel does provide shampoo and body soap, and a convenience store is just around the corner where you can pick up what you need.
