Easy access, staying on the ground floor was convenient after my operation. The rear garden area is lovely for relaxing in the evening. I couldn’t find anything to dislike; everything is well laid out.

I would happily recommend Amber House to anyone visiting Paignton. My room was excellent, clean, and had all the expected facilities. The garden is a nice spot to sit after a day out and enjoy a drink from the honesty bar. The breakfasts are very good and freshly cooked each morning. The owners run the hotel, cook the breakfasts, and are always available for a friendly chat or advice on the area. Nothing.

Everyone at Amber House was welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were wonderful, offering a wide variety of fresh ingredients and choices. My room was very comfortable and had a lovely shower. The location is central to all attractions, and the sunny garden is beautiful. I would definitely stay again and recommend Amber House to family and friends. I wish I could have stayed longer.
