“unpleasant stay”

nothing. Found bed bug crawling around in ROOM 504 at first, then they change me to ROOM 304, still the same issue, it's a very unpleasant stay. Changing room here and there at midnight time. The front desk manager lady, seems doesn't give a fuck on the issue. I believe she's professional. It's a non smoking floor I requested, but the room is fill with smoking smell, most probably from next door. For the whole night, force to inhale 2nd hand smoke in the room. Not recommend to book your stay here until they had settle the bed bug issue

The CEO of this hotel is very nice and kind, helping with all my requested services, making for a pleasant stay.

The corridor was too noisy, with shouting here and there, and there was no control from hotel management or security, which disturbed other guests' sleep.

The floor outside the room isn’t carpeted, so I could hear footsteps and people talking, and when other rooms flushed their toilets, I could hear it from my bathroom too.

Strategic location near the airport, but don’t promise a smooth check‑in if you delay customers; the other rooms were fine, but the toilet near the black‑stained bowl was a problem.
