The property is closed, fenced off, and no longer operational; I have notified the booking customer service and am awaiting a refund.

Nothing to say; everything that was advertised as the hotel was sold and no longer existed.

I avoided staying here because it has become a homeless shelter; it’s no longer a hotel. I paid over $500 AUD and couldn’t stay, and the booking site is ignoring my messages so I can’t get my money back.
