The only criticism concerns our departure day: because of the Graz Marathon we had to leave the parking garage before 09:00 am. A brief heads‑up, ideally a day before arrival, would have been appreciated so we could arrange an alternative parking spot in time.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful, elegant, and stylish. I even left something behind at checkout, and they promptly informed me and offered to send it to me. I highly recommend this place—everything you could want is there.

Die Lage war super! Wir waren wegen des Graz Marathon vor Ort und das Hotel ist direkt im Start/Ziel Bereich. Hotel stellt auch Duschzimmer für danach zur Verfügung. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich und auch nicht bemühlt. Weiters wurde mir 2x gesagt, das ich "schlechter" behandelt werde, weil ich über Booking gebucht habe und nicht direkt. Genau so hat es sich auch angefühlt. Beim Einchecken extra lange aufs Zimmer gewartet, während andere schon das Zimmer bekommen haben. Direkt Buchende, konnten sich das Zimmer bis nach dem Marathon behalten, ich bekam ein Duschzimmer zugewiesen
