How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We spent a fantastic time at Kifaru, where we were upgraded to the Lodge at no extra cost, so we can’t really rate the camp itself. The staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, and the surroundings were wonderful with our own rhinos to admire.

Everything! It’s almost impossible to describe the feeling you get when you’re there. The accommodation is gorgeous, the lodge is beautiful, and the game drive was impressively scenic. Nothing to complain about, except the steep climb to reach the room, but that’s part of the adventure.

We were lucky to be upgraded to the Lodge, a truly luxurious setting. The rooms are stunning, comfortable, fully equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. The view is breathtaking. The welcome and meals are meticulous. A timeless place. The access is earned; the trail to the property isn’t in great condition, but that’s part of the experience.

We enjoyed a guided outing that let us see the rhinos up close, yet the journey to the property was overly long—about 1,15 h on a rough 31 km road.

The two ladies running the place are amazing; the hospitality is top notch and the food is fabulous. Our Sundowner drive was also incredible, having drinks and snacks with rhinos. Nothing else to add.
