If I could give this hotel an 11 out of 10, I would. From the moment I checked in and was greeted by the kindness of Aleksandar and the entire front desk team to my spectacular room (so incredibly memorable and iconic!) and the delicious breakfast everyone went above and beyond to make sure the experience was top notch. Location is wonderful for tourism and the hotel is beautiful and historic. It is the team that works there that makes it so special and the reason that I will always come back to stay at this wonderful location. Thank you again for the great experience!

“Good and bad !”

Location Part of the service Receptionists staff are amazing. The concierge was very bad . 45 min to bring the bags . The room reservation team were unprofessional, I had to change the hotel to move to another one
