How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was a family-friendly place in the truest sense. The room wasn’t huge, but it was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was “sparkling” clean too. A great bonus was that they cleared the snow from the parking lot to the hotel—something I can’t say about the paid lots near the slopes. Breakfast was fried slices one morning and an interesting rice-filled pastry the next; enough quantity and tasty. We had a great time with no complaints :)

The hotel sits in a nice area and even offers free parking, the room was clean though tiny, but the beds were terrible and the mattresses needed replacing; breakfast was merely basic—a homemade tasty pie with coffee/tea one day, then a plate with two slices of cheese, ham and tomato per person the next. The bathroom lacked a shower and any mop to deal with water, there were no heavy blackout curtains so the exterior projector lit up the room, and the staff could at least know five basic English phrases.

It was clean and cozy, and the biggest plus was the parking right in front of the hotel.

The staff were really interested in helping out, which made our stay nice. That's pretty much the gist of it.

One major letdown was the mechanical issues - the mechanic wasn't working at all. That's a pretty big deal if you're counting on it.
