The location is spot‑on, right next to the N1 highway. I didn’t like that the room was part of the host’s main house and the entrance was through the main house. The outside garden and surroundings need care, attention, and maintenance. The view from the room looked into a neighbour’s cluttered backyard and wall. TV channels were limited and there were no DSTV sports channels.

De eigenaresse/gastvrouw was heel aardig. Zij gaf ons goede tips wat er in de buurt te doen was. Ook gaf ze nog een routekaart mee voor naar onze volgende bestemming. We kregen op ons tweede dag al meteen schone handdoeken en handdoek voor het zwembad. Er staat een koelkast, waterkoker en magnetron. Genoeg koffie en thee. Een grote badkamer. Er ligt overal (behalve in de badkamer), vloerbedekking, dat vinden wij onhygiënisch. We hebben van de 3 dagen maar 1x gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad, toen haalde de eigenaresse het dekzeil eraf. We zaten graag buiten in de avond, maar wij konden zelf het buitenlicht niet bedienen. De laatste avond is het niet aangedaan en zaten wij in het donker. Hierdoor maar vroeg op de kamer, op bed gaan liggen. De huiskamer nodigt er door de uitgezakte bank niet uit om te gaan zitten. Ik denk dat het goed is wat spullen weg te doen, doorgezakte tuinbanken, teveel oude spullen etc
