“Perfect”
I didn’t bother with breakfast, but the staff were super friendly—especially Michael. I liked everything.

I was blown away by the hotel's stunning looks, but it's a shame that the service wasn't quite up to par. When I stayed there from Thursday to Sunday, I was surprised to find that my room wasn't cleaned at all. It's not exactly what you'd expect from a hotel, but I guess that's just the way it is.

I was really looking forward to enjoying the breakfast service in my room, like I had in the past. Unfortunately, it seems Marriott has made some changes and now they only offer breakfast downstairs. When I went down, I was expecting a casual spot to grab some coffee and pastries, but instead I was seated like a regular diner. To make matters worse, the soundproofing in the hotel is basically non-existent - you can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms.

I loved the unique design of this hotel, it really stood out from the usual corporate chains. However, the price was completely out of line for a hotel that doesn't even offer breakfast or room service. It's just not worth it, especially when you can find better deals elsewhere in Knoxville.

This hotel is a real gem - it's spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and has a cozy, intimate atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for more.
