We really liked the restaurant—food and coffee were excellent. Parking would have been better if a spot were closer to the hotel; the drop‑off area in front is limited.

Good location, good price, clean and comfortable room, and check‑in/out were easy. Parking was difficult and there was a long line for breakfast in the morning.

The front desk staff were friendly and the hotel is downtown. I don’t think the hype is deserved: there’s no rooftop lounge, no spa—just a guy who comes in for massages after you text him, which feels like a hassle; it would have been better if the front desk could have booked a proper spa day. Room service doesn’t knock; they just walk in. There’s a microwave on the second floor, not in the room. I parked in front of the hotel and the parking authority never bothered me, which was a plus. The coffee shop could offer more; you need a lot of cash for a slice of toast. The hotel doesn’t actually serve breakfast, so the pictures are misleading.

Property look nice. Personal and employes I request a blanket At 7:00 pm because my is dirty and they say cant do nothing until 7:00 am so i sleep with out blanket because am not going use that dirty and they say glass on the bath in room 809 is unsafe i let know at the lobby and they say cant do nothing about that
