I’ve stayed a few times before and was always happy with the room, breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room, and good location. This time, room 402 was not as good: the air‑con control was on the wall, lights didn’t work, the door‑window barrier was loose and dangerous, and the carpet looked like bleach stains. We arrived late for breakfast, so the lack of refilling and cold coffee might be due to the time, but it was a bit disappointing since I hadn’t experienced this before at this hotel.

I stayed in a tidy room where housekeeping came every day and handed out fresh water bottles. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly and responsive to any questions or requests. The place was quiet.
