“Um bom local para quem vai com crianças e gosta de piscina”

The rooms were clean, the food was very good, and the location was convenient because it’s close to São Paulo. We visited during Carnival and it was very crowded; people put towels on the pool chairs to reserve a spot and those arriving a bit later had trouble finding a place. I was there with my adult daughter, and the place is more suited for families with children.

“Um local excepcional para descansar”

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, with its exceptional location, recreation options, accommodation, and all-inclusive service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the variety of food options was impressive, with a delicious barbecue served by the pool. However, I didn't have any complaints during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, food, facilities, and overall experience, but I was disappointed with my room assignment. I had booked a room with a pool and main patio view, but instead, I was given a room with a parking lot view, far from the pool. When I complained, the hotel staff shifted the blame to the agency and didn't take any action to resolve the issue.

“Má qualidade nas refeições e péssimo para acessibilidade”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, with some standout positives and unfortunate negatives. The spacious room was a highlight, and the staff's warm hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, the dining experience fell short of my expectations, with unappetizing and uninspired dishes that lacked quality, particularly the tough meats and overcooked fish. Unfortunately, some items were even served cold, which was disappointing.

“Hotel bem familiar”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a mixed bag. On the one hand, I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent all-inclusive food and beverage service, both by the pool and in the restaurant. The homemade-style food was delicious, and the variety of snacks, including skewers, ice cream, and drinks, was plentiful. My room was spacious, with a large bed and comfortable shower, although I did find the mattress a bit too soft and the pillows too low.
