The hotel is incredibly elegant and stylish; from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the friendly staff welcomed us and were ready to help with anything. I especially want to thank bellboy Mustafa Bey for his attentiveness and hospitality—he carried our luggage to the room and gave us detailed information about the hotel’s facilities. He was very warm and helpful. Receptionist Ceren Hanım was also very kind and attentive. Because it was my birthday, they upgraded our room and allowed us a late check‑out, which made us feel truly special. Everything was explained with a smile, and we felt genuinely valued. We also dined at Capital Grill Restaurant, where both the food and the staff’s attention were superb. Everything was of high quality and meticulous. I absolutely recommend this place 100 %—the friendly staff, flawless service, and stylish atmosphere make it a hotel I’d love to return to. Thanks to the whole team for creating an unforgettable birthday experience. ❤️✨

“Wonderful stay”

This is my second time choosing to stay at this hotel, and once again, it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food is excellent. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and understanding. A special thanks to Mr. Enes, who was exceptionally kind, respectful, and always willing to help. Please pass on my sincere appreciation and gratitude to him. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
