The location is about 500 m from the road between Mirissa and Weligama, fairly quiet. Good price‑quality ratio. There’s a terrace. The owner sells water, breakfast, and bikes, and is very friendly. Below are some details for the owners; I hope they’ll understand and listen. Even though the owner was friendly, it was a downside that he was constantly in the common area near the kitchen. We felt like we were under adult supervision, which was uncomfortable. There’s no microwave. The owners talk loudly in the common area, watch videos on their phones, and this can be heard in all rooms during the day, which was also inconvenient. The bathroom always had standing water, apparently the slope for drainage is poorly designed.
The place was quiet, family‑friendly, very attentive, and the rooms were spacious with air conditioning and a mini fridge. The bathroom was tiny and full of bugs, and the bathroom window couldn’t be closed.

A nice, quiet spot with a warm shower! It was hard to arrange a tuk‑tuk to the center because it’s a bit further out from the center.
