How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The person in the office was very nice, the location was good, and the place was clean, but it was dated, had a musty smell that required an air freshener, the kitchen cabinets were very old, there were no pots and pans, no dish soap or sponge, the TV in the room didn’t work, and the programming was very basic.

I was not expecting to have to pay a cash deposit when I checked in, which was a bit of a surprise. It would have been nice to know about this beforehand so I could have been prepared.

I was really put off by the smell in this place. When we arrived, the air conditioning was turned off, which made it even worse. The sheets were old and stained, and the mattresses were concave and worn out. The lamp in the room had a rusty base and only one working lightbulb. To top it all off, the bathtub drain was broken, and the front and back doors both had weak-looking locks that made me feel really insecure. It was a far cry from the 8.8 to 9.

The staff here were super friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. However, there were a couple of issues - the ice machine was out of order, and the snack machine wasn't working either.

The room was small, but it was spotless, which was a big plus.
