“Great place”
They’re always super nice people there. Lately, with my father’s passing and my granddaughter’s birthday, it’s been my home away from home.

The front desk team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and I felt genuinely treated well at check‑in. However, the room itself was far from clean or comfortable; a strong urine‑like odor lingered throughout my stay, and the bathtub contained visible debris and residue that left brown marks on a white washcloth when I tried to wipe it. I didn’t feel safe using the tub or shower. The microwave was also dirty, with food debris inside, and the HVAC filters were heavily dust‑laden. When I arrived, the room was extremely warm and took about two hours to cool down even with the AC set to 62 on high. I took photos to document all of these problems.

I appreciated that the hotel was close to where I needed to be the next morning, and breakfast was standard and okay. I checked in shortly after 3 pm after a long drive that started at 7 am, and the front desk staff—a middle‑aged woman—made a joke by saying “checking up” instead of “checking in,” laughing along with the person who looked like the manager. That made me feel unwelcome after a full day on the road. The hotel itself felt dated, with two stains on the sheet and bedspread that looked old, and I slept on the other side of the bed. I was also surprised to find no fridge in the room. Overall, I would not stay here again, though I might pay a little extra for better amenities. The room was tiny.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the lady who worked the desk in the afternoon and evening; she paid close attention to our room issues. Unfortunately, in room #111 the television had no sound, the tub drained very slowly, and there was no iron available—only an ironing board.

The toilet seat was loose, and the breakfast room was too small; they didn’t serve hot scrambled eggs or any bacon or sausage.
