Everything was great: staff welcome, room comfort, clothes, towels, and pillows excellent. Cleaning was flawless, elevator, and parking in front of the hotel. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous, the service outstanding, cleanliness at a very high level, and the rooms were modern and very clean. The hotel is located in central Tuscany and can serve as a central hub for Tuscan tours.

The hosts were extremely kind and attentive. The hotel smells good, everything is spotless and clean. The nearby pizzeria‑restaurant lets you taste authentic Italian cuisine, and everything is tastefully decorated. The only issue was the parking, a bit risky on the street, but overall it was fine.
