The hotel is tiny but sits just a few meters from a lively avenue full of restaurants. I especially appreciated Asema at the front desk, who helped us and was pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious, very bright, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Breakfast was delivered to the room. There was parking, but we didn’t use it. There’s no elevator, but the building is only two floors. The city feels safe and cosmopolitan, with security, cameras, and lighting—definitely a place I’d stay again.

The room was spacious and the neighborhood was great, full of restaurants, services, a large mall, and mountains. The bathroom, however, was very old and unlike the photos I saw when booking; the toilet was antiquated and I couldn’t even lift the seat because it immediately fell back down. Hair clogged the sink and it wouldn’t drain, which probably explains why the hair remained after housekeeping, yet housekeeping did nothing about the non‑functional sink. Hair was also on the bed, and under the bed runner a fast‑moving bug—no antennae, so hopefully not a cockroach—was waiting. The AC ignored the temperature set on the controller, so I couldn’t cool the room, and it made loud, weird grinding noises, as if someone were sitting on an old creaky chair, waking me up every half hour.

The location is good. The room is nice and clean, and the staff are polite. The only downside is that there is no elevator.
