The room was very comfortable and satisfactory. It was difficult to unload luggage on a narrow side street, so you should plan your timing carefully to avoid keeping passing traffic waiting.

Central location in this beautiful medieval town. The directions to the property are clear and unambiguous. Mrs. Simona was very friendly. I’ll gladly return. The room is large and comfortable!!!

A lovely, welcoming place with a simple, family‑like atmosphere just a short walk from the beautiful historic center of Città di Castello. I was greeted with great kindness upon arrival, shown two rooms, and even allowed to pick my preferred one, which I appreciated. I chose the second and slept wonderfully; the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the independence the place offers, especially the shared kitchen where you can cook for yourself. In the morning I had coffee by the window, watching a church as the bells rang—a small, almost magical moment I still remember fondly. At check‑out I was treated with kindness and no pressure, and I could take a few extra minutes to finish getting ready before resuming my journey. A simple, warm spot with excellent value. I felt free, calm, and well received. I definitely recommend it, especially to those passing through Città di Castello on the pilgrimage.

Super clean. Short walk to the city center. Very responsive and polite owner. Easy independent access with instructions. We received food recommendations for dinner and breakfast. Close to the St. Francis pilgrimage way if you’re walking.
