The staff were friendly and the restaurant food was tasty. We booked two rooms; the one I stayed in was clean enough, though a bathroom fan would have been welcome. My kids’ room had an odor when we arrived. My daughter spotted a stain on one of the beds but didn’t mention it. When we checked out, she accidentally spilled water on the carpet beside the headboard. A few days later I was charged a cleaning fee of $200 or $250. I called to find out why, and they said there were urine stains on the bed and floor. I explained what had happened and never received a reply. The extra cleaning fee for someone else’s stains and the lingering smell in the room were disappointing.
