Jessica at the front desk was amazing, always greeting my daughter with “happy birthday girlie” whenever she walked by. The rest of the staff were equally friendly, the place stayed spotless, and I’d definitely book again. The bed felt like a cloud, and the pillows were ridiculously fluffy. The downside was that most balconies overlook McDonald’s, Popeyes, or the neighboring hotel; this one sits a bit farther back, so while you can hear the waves, you can’t actually see them.

The location was close to the beach, but my first room after check‑in was dirty, with food and trash on the floor, no towels, and the bed wasn’t made. I asked for a new room and got a worse one. The third room was clean and had towels. I was charged twice for my stay, though they promised it would be corrected, and I’ll keep an eye on it.
