I stayed at Be them (their other homestay) because Nai's was under renovation; it’s in a great spot on Lê Loi and the alley is very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the welcome was caring. The window is blind, which slightly ruins the afternoon enjoyment when you come back to avoid the heat; knowing this beforehand I would have chosen a room with a window since those are very bright and pleasant.

The room was okay, but it wasn’t the one I booked. It’s a bait‑and‑switch situation; the owner is a nice bloke but uses the highly rated place to fill up his other properties. The room scored 8/10, minus 3 for the room change, minus 1 for actually wanting money for the water bottles in the room.

I was thrilled by my stay at Nai’s House; the owners welcomed me with such kindness that I felt instantly at home. My room, bright and spacious, was tucked into a quiet alley, offering peace while remaining close to everything, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, creating a calm, homely vibe. I just wish I could have stayed longer! No complaints at all—everything was perfect.
