We booked this hotel on a whim and were very satisfied with our choice. We especially appreciated the quick response to our request. The staff were always reachable and answered our parking reservation questions promptly. Everyone was consistently friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is perfect—just about three minutes to the city centre, making it easy to explore on foot. The food was delicious; we only booked breakfast, but would definitely recommend trying the lunch and dinner options. The breakfast spread was wide—freshly cooked fried eggs and a variety of breads meant there was something for everyone. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, making us feel completely at ease. Thank you for a pleasant stay! We would gladly recommend the hotel and would love to return to Karlovy Vary on a future visit. ❤️
