The central spot was ideal for exploring the historic centre, and it’s close to the Colon and Xativa metro stations, making it easy to reach from the airport and well connected to the main sights. Even without a physical front desk, the staff were very helpful and responsive to our requests, and we appreciated the two free water bottles each day. The room wasn’t properly cleaned – there was a lot of dust on the floor from day one.

The spot was perfect, close to everything, and the metro station was about 5 minutes away. The room was spotless, the beds comfy, access was easy, and the lockers were handy for leaving luggage on the last day and picking it up later. Nothing to complain about.

“Bella vacanza a Valencia”
The location was perfect, service efficient and continuous, and the staff were courteous. The French‑style bed was narrower by more than 20 cm than the Italian standard; a normal double would fit my wife and me fine, but two larger adults just couldn’t fit.
The place’s location, daily room cleaning, and the fact that nothing plastic was used were all great. The only downside was that they never changed the towels.
