Breakfast was good, but the staff should allow early check‑ins, the washroom needs to stay clean, parking space should be clearly guided for new guests, and the entrance has a little high level of public nuisances.

Only the location is likeable. The reception’s guest handling was not good; the room condition was just okay, I found a cockroach in the kettle, bath towels didn’t look fresh, and some plug points weren’t working. In the morning, when I stepped out, I told reception to clean the room, but that wasn’t done. One day before the booking, I asked about an early morning check‑in; the reception staff told me to cancel the booking and that I could only do a direct walk‑in. Later, direct check‑in was done at a totally different, higher rate. During departure, nobody was at reception.

“Property canceled confirmed booking”

I booked with payment to be made on arrival, but after several calls and messages confirming my visit, they cancelled my reservation, forcing me to scramble for last‑minute accommodation while I had no mobile signal on the road.
