How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

Great location, clean and well‑equipped room, a bit of decoration would be a plus. The staff are very responsive and friendly. The only downside is the breakfast, limited choice and limited quality.

The room was good and had a fridge, which is always an advantage. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Regarding the location, we found it excellent, close to sandy beaches, with accessible public transport and about 1h30 from the famous beaches of Balos, Elafonissi, and Falassarna, and relatively close to Chania. We recommend it! In the half‑board regime, dinner is a typical dish each day, served in generous portions and very tasty. However, drinks are extra, even water. They could improve the dessert selection.

The family hotel had MARAVILLOSO staff, in all caps! It was well‑located and offered unbeatable value for money; everything they provide is 10‑grade: breakfast, restaurant, room cleaning, and facilities. We had a great time and would definitely return. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect. We wouldn't change anything. Thank you!

We received a warm welcome. A very kind lady despite the late arrival time. The professionalism of the hotel staff. The establishment has remarkable hygiene. We appreciated having clean linens every day and the housekeeping service. The pool was clean.
