How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location had a nice view straight to the sea, the village was a bit farther from the center. The breakfast selection was large and I could also choose from the dinner options like seafood. When breakfast didn’t satisfy me, the hotel had a beautifully designed, well‑maintained garden. The staff’s very blunt communication in the morning at 6 am when we were about to leave for work forced us all to wake up together.

The hotel facilities are excellent and very new, and the rooms are spacious. The beach is also beautiful. However, making payments at the hotel was a major issue; credit card processing was unreliable—I tried many times but succeeded only once. This is a disaster for a resort hotel, because you need to bring plenty of cash. Moreover, although they claim to offer currency exchange services, they actually don’t. The exchange rate for direct US dollar payments on the day I stayed was 3,200, whereas the official rate was 4,500 and the rate at exchange shops was 3,900. All in all, the hotel doesn’t offer good value for money, even though the facilities are decent.

The place’s proximity to a good seafood restaurant 5 minutes away. Everything that shouldn’t be wrong went wrong in this place: 1) the hotel is 1000m away from the sea. And its own beach is not accessible due to swamps. You’d end up walking to the public beach to get to swim or see the sea. 2) the rooms are deteriorated and in bad need for maintenance especially the toilet and shower. 3) the bed and pillow aren’t comfortable 4) the room door has gaps allowing geckos and insects to crawl in. 5) the staff thought it was ok to maintain and refurbish the room on top of my room past midnight. 6) we all heard of poor sound isolation but this hotel takes it to another level. You can literally hear the pissing and farting of guests upstairs. 7) the receptionist tried selling me an itinerary through a boat operator for whale watching when every single reputed operator reported this season it was the worst for so, and they all canceled such offering. 8) oh my booking was for a garden view, and I got a ground floor room overlooking the kitchen yard and the chicken hut. The food was delicious, the staff friendly, and the property well‑maintained. The mosquito net was missing and the bathroom was a bit dated.

The spot was spot on and the facilities were solid—rooms felt cozy, and they even slipped in bed nets. The staff greeted us warmly and the service hit the mark. A massage at the spa was genuinely soothing, and the pool area stayed tidy. Nothing fell short; we even got an extra night when our flight got cancelled and the airline covered it, and we still loved every bit of it.
