The bedroom was functional and chic, and the staff were friendly and attentive, but the reception didn’t feel sophisticated. Renovation was happening, which we weren’t aware of, so we couldn’t use the bar or gym, which was a shame.

Everything was perfect—we’ve stayed a few times and will return. The hotel is super clean, beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious ❤️. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it’s close to the trains.

The hotel is beautiful with a superb room; even though the rooms aren’t huge, they’re gorgeous, very comfortable, and have lovely features. The staff are probably the best I’ve ever met; they’re amazing! There were building works at the time to improve the property, so only one lift was available, but that never bothered me. It was always clean and tidy, so when it’s finished it will be amazing.

The breakfast is exceptional, with a beautiful buffet and cooked‑to‑order meals. The hotel itself is quiet and very comfortable. My room was small but completely adequate. The hallways, at least on the ground floor, are quite dark and a bit depressing, but the overall ambience is lovely.
