The owner is very nice, helpful, and friendly. Every day there’s homemade cake. The espresso machine is original and the milk frother works great. The kitchen is fully equipped; breakfast includes yogurts, milk, juices, ham, cheese, and bread. The beach is just 5 minutes away. The city center is a bit farther (20 minutes on foot). The beach is lovely. The room, bathroom, and kitchen are all fine. Parking in front of the house is hassle‑free. The quiet part of town.
