“Satisfactory”
The environment was nice, we enjoyed free kayaking and a big variety of hot buffet breakfast. However, there was no WiFi or smart TV. The staff were clueless about the premises: I expected an interconnecting room, but the receptionist said ‘no interconnecting rooms’, while the porter who escorted us said it was an interconnecting room. At the pool, we gave our room number, he said no room with that number and told us to write a different number to get the towels.
