The place is perfectly located, with an excellent bus link to town. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast generous and varied, and the crêpes were delicious. Dining in the hotel restaurant and ordering room service was lovely. The spa was outstanding, especially the leg and foot massage by Eleana. The views across the Aegean sea were beautiful. Above all, the staff—Sidric, George, John, Thanos and everyone else—went above and beyond to make the stay fabulous. Nothing was missing, everything was perfect.

Everything pleased us, starting with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff—ranked first among all the hotels we’ve visited—thanks a lot! The breakfast was also superb, with a wide selection, fresh and tasty, comparable to a lunch or dinner buffet featuring freshly made egg dishes, pancakes with fresh strawberries, or pancakes; a large assortment of vegetables (the first time in a hotel we saw such variety at breakfast) and fruit, plus desserts, many Greek specialties, juices, etc. For the room, we, a family with two children, received an upgrade (second half of October) from a smaller 2‑room apartment to the largest 2‑room with a double bath, two bathrooms, and a large terrace… Thank you very much for that. The mattresses were very comfortable and the room was quiet, hardly any sound. We could hear cars a bit, but it wasn’t a problem. The location is about 5 minutes on foot to two beaches; the street was OK, and you could walk along the edge. Two restaurants are right nearby; we dined every evening at Il Mare, highly recommended—see Google reviews, very good. The bus takes about 10 minutes to town. Walking along the coast takes about 30–40 minutes. Note there are many friendly cats; our children enjoyed them, so bring cat food. Travel time: in the second half of October it’s very quiet; you can visit the very photogenic city of Mykonos or Chora without crowds.

From start to finish, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! We booked Palladium Hotel and Spa to celebrate my 50th birthday, and it lived up to the hype. The staff were exceptional, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout. Thanos went above and beyond to make the visit memorable; nothing was ever too much trouble. Their attention to detail, hospitality, and genuine warmth made the stay incredibly special. They really know how to look after guests. We’ll return without a doubt and highly recommend this beautiful hotel. If you request a quiet room, they’ll definitely accommodate you.

Good location, plenty of nearby beaches and good restaurants, plus easy and frequent bus connections to Mykonos town. The airport transfer was short. The staff were super friendly and happy to accommodate any requests, and we also got a free room upgrade. Breakfast was fantastic and ran until 11 am, which was relaxed. The breakfast room was lovely, and the pool facilities were nice. The room was not super soundproof.
