A short walk from the sea and the pine forest, absolutely priceless! Parking, however, is a real hassle 😭

Bright quadruple room a stone’s throw from Pineto Beach offers private check‑in/out, a cozy lounge, and a balcony with panoramic sea views. The hotel features a restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and family rooms, plus a public bath. Located near Riviera delle Palme Stadium, San Benedetto del Tronto, and Abruzzo Airport, it blends seaside tranquility with convenient access.

Breakfast was sweet, plentiful, and very good; the salty options were almost non‑existent. The fridge in the room didn’t cool properly, so the refrigeration was insufficient.

Daily housekeeping, laundry on demand and weekly, a generous and tasty breakfast, a fantastic kitchen, incredibly friendly and familiar staff, air conditioning, close to the beach, a balcony equipped for outdoor seating with sea view, near the town centre and shops, and the option for a packed lunch. The only drawback is that the single room was shared by me, my husband and the kids, but it’s a minor issue.

Good for two nights. Swimming in the sea is a bit risky. Still, a great little town. The hotel feels a bit rundown, but they are making an effort.

Kindness, location. Close to the train station, the building is rather dated but well maintained.
