The proximity to the pyramids is outstanding, so you can see the pyramids and the Sphinx right from the window. Unfortunately, the place was very dirty and rundown.

The location is very quiet and the staff are respectful and very cooperative. The roof is very calm, but there’s no atmosphere that encourages you to stay and enjoy the view and night.

The spot is right in front of the Sphinx entrance. The people around are persistent; you can’t take a step without someone insisting on selling you something. They’re not bad or dangerous, but you can’t leave without being harassed.

The accommodation was very nice and I liked it a lot. The rooftop terrace is a highlight with a direct view of the pyramids, the staff were very kind and Hadeer was also nice and always helpful! The only thing that was not perfect was the door handle that needs fixing.
