Summary of this review
The customer service was incredible throughout, the ambience and proximity to Sandton were great, and there was a complimentary shuttle service to attend excursions and connect to the Gautrain.

I booked for three nights but left after one night, which was very unsatisfactory. The room was dirty and smelly, had no plugs fitted, bedside lights and lamps were missing so there was no power, no plug in the bath, and the linen was itchy.
